There’s an app for that
Off the shelf software is changing for the better and this is why....
As tempting as it may be, building bespoke seems like the easy route but what if I told you that you can do 80% of what you want with pre-built software.
Bespoke software is hard, with higher initial costs, you may not get what you want, and harder to maintain and the process is generally long.
Off the shelf software can be super quick to set up, cheap to get started and no mega maintenance bills
But you’ve probably dismissed off the shelf software because it doesn’t quite solve your problem so you end up using several tools which don’t talk to each other.
Well that seems to be changing with software understanding that the key to their growth is integration with other market leaders. That’s where API’s come in. Whether you can use Native API integrations built by the software themselves or by using third party automation platforms such as Zapier you can pretty much achieve what you want.
And if you can’t still quite get what you want, you can also build your own middleman API to manipulate the processes by either hiring a developer or using no code platforms like Bubble.
What I’m saying is no matter the problem you’re trying to solve, you’d be surprised what’s already out there. Why reinvent the wheel.
